Had a great time working with the wonderful Jervaulx Singers rehearsing in the beautiful Ayriel Studios in the North Yorkshire dales. Excited for the concert next Saturday at 7:30 in St James' Church, Weatherby featuring the Parry Songs of Farewell and Richard Rodney Bennet's haunting Farewell to Arms.

I am delighted to be returning to Wexford in the Autumn for my principal debut at Wexford Festival Opera, playing King Fridolph in Alma Deutscher's Cinderella. It's a beautiful retelling of the story and I can't wait to get started. Performance dates are October 26th, 29th, 31st and November 5th.

Dates for the Puccini/Delius: July 21st, 23rd, 27th, 29th, 31st; August 2nd, 4th, 6th.

Dates for HMS Pinafore: August 9th-13th.

It's back to Bergen in December for two projects with Edward Gardner and the Edvard Grieg Kor. Mahler 2 on the 1st and 2nd, and then Grieg 4 Salmer and Parry Songs of Farewell with Roderick Williams on the 7th. Particularly pleased to be reprising the Mahler as it was the very first piece I performed in this beautiful city.
